The South Island

We had to get up early this morning to catch our ferry over to the South Island. This is the view leaving Wellington. It was a very pretty journey, but took about 3 and a half hours.
When we got there we drove south from Picton to Blenheim for supplies and then headed off to find our campsite in Robin Hood bay. It was a pretty drive and the campsite was lovely, but rather small.
