Sometimes I Just Sit

A most pleasant day - a hearty lunch at Robert and Finola's, then an invitation to inspect a possible standing stone - it was - followed by an invigorating yomp up Coomnagorach Mountain. This is near the summit when the other side has just come into view and the lads are admiring the Beara Peninsula and Bantry Bay. The colours were fantastic, russetts and browns, and at the very top was what could have been the remains of a cairn/tomb and a bench in memory of someone with the words sometimes I sit and thinks sometimes I just sit. We got it.
