Nigella look alike?

Cooking cabbage soup

Cabbage soup is an easy and inexpensive soup. About 0.85 € / serving. Tasty too. And I cooked it today and I felt almost like famous cook Nigella Lawson. Well, my wine had been forgotten into fridge, so it was only giving sryle into the pic...

See how to make it for 6-8 people, if you like.

Ingredients
400 g minced pork
800g white cabbage
1 (100 g) onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon pepper powder
about 1 tsp salt
3 (250 g) carrots
about 1.3l water
2 broth cubes
10 whole allspice
2 bay leaf
2-3tsp majoram
On the surface parsley if you like

Manufacturing 45 - 60 min
Slice the cabbage into quite a thin slices or cubes. Peel and chop the onion and garlic cloves. Peel and chop the carrots too.
Brown the minced meat in a large saucepan. Add onion, garlic and carrots. Hear for a moment, but do not let burn. Season with salt and paprika powder.
Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Season with broth cubes, pepper and bay leaves. Stir in the cabbage strips.
Let simmer under the lid for about 30-45 minutes until the cabbage is cooked through. Actually you can simmer this longer, even 1,5hours.
Finally, season with marjoram and check the taste. Add more salt if needed. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top if you like it.

Yummy!
