To Lochwinnoch

A nice morning ride out along the cycle route to Lochwinnich bird sanctuary, where I stopped for bananas and caramel logs....onwards through the drizzle via some fast speed A roads to get home in time for Joni's fabulous cauliflower cheese...

Changed a tyre on the car as we had a flat, and now enjoying some coffee and crowded house as my Dad has taken Amélie out for a walk.
