Orange Poppy

It’s been dry today and the sun did manage to break out at one point otherwise it’s been dull and cool!

A day of chores, though I did have a wander around the garden with the camera this afternoon after replenishing the bird feeders and cleaning out the bird bath!

Still lots of flowers despite the cold wet weather we’ve been suffering...this poppy was my favourite today...with added hover fly! Making the most of having the 16mm lens out and reminding myself why I bought it in the first place...I really ought to get out and do some night photography with it as that was one of my reasons for purchasing it!!
