Allotment grant

Today was a lovely day to receive the cheque from the 4000 euro grant for the allotment association from a chain of garden centre. We had to get authorization from the local authorities to organize a little ceremony in the garden and could only have 6 of us masked for the official photo.
The grant will enable us to develop the gardens and will occupy all of us throughout the winter to build a pergola, a sensory garden which all gardeners and the local community can enjoy and instal a watering system.
