Autumn colour

The easterly wind has at last dropped, and although it wasn’t sunny, it was quite pleasant outside, and I had an enjoyable potter in the garden. Later I went for a walk just down the road, and couldn’t resist this Virginia Creeper, at its best just now.
We had an email today, cancelling our regular monthly lunch because our friends are nervous of Covid. There is also a move by my Tuesday tea party group to go back to Zooming. People are nervous.
