Beach front properties are notoriously more expensive, then 2nd or 3rd line properties.

Whenever I see a desirable beach front property, For Sale.....
...I wonder...might I be able to afford it?!?

Then I ponder, and ponder.....

When I saw this sign today ....I laughed out loud!!
