Yoga

I just got back from yoga and got this blip in the yoga studio. There are some ropes hanging from the wall but I'm not sure what they're for - it must be something for the more advanced classes.

I've been listening to Scotland-Iceland on the radio. I'm cautiously optomistic, probably bad luck to say that! I'll shut up instead and make some dinner.
