Distant view

They were doing this ploughing (or possibly sowing - it was along way away) at 6.15 this morning - using headlights on the tractors, of course - I saw the lights over the fen when I let the dogs into the garden. When I later took the dogs out I was surprised to see Ely Cathedral so clearly on what was not such an obviously clear day. Ely is 6 miles by road from here - agreed the road twists and turns, but it must still be nearly 3 miles as the crow flies. This is not with my 30x zoom Sony but with the camera I keep in the dog walking bag - a 14x zoom Canon. I did use 'Haze removal' in Photoshop.
