Sunday

Another grim day. Spent most of it in bed sleeping or lying on the sofa. 
This is not fun. 
I have never had side effects from starting a tablet, only withdrawing, so not sure how long this lasts, do the symptoms go away or if I need to stop them. 

I picked up my vase of roses and a lot of the petals fell. They are a few weeks old!
