Oh he makes me panic when he goes this height. He loves the swing's and has always been a wildling that has no fear.
Mr R came out to the park today so we went a walk to the middle park. Wildlings had a ball.

My shoulder has been very painful, especially through the night. It wakes me up quite often now , especially if I have rolled on it wrong or its in the wrong position. I have my x-ray at the end of the month. I will take some painkillers up to bed with me . I tend to get on with things through the day and just put up with it .
