Union canal

I always seem to be a few days behind just now.
Just to add to my aches and pains I woke up with a really sore side! Could be to do with the wardrobe we got delivered on Wednesday in two large boxes and having to get them upstairs ourselves. 
We took the car to Craiglockhart and walked from there along the canal to Fountainbridge. After we looked in a couple of bike shops (my husband is planning on getting an electric bike) we found a French cafe that had just opened. It was spotlessly clean and we had a lovely lunch. Even better when we got the bill it was half price as it was the first week of opening.
This mural was one of three that have appeared on the wall at the end of the canal.
