Delicious

We had a very good crop of lemons again this year , even from just 2 trees , after cutting down the oldest one which had verrucosis.
Yesterday, I remembered this slice recipe that I'd not made for years and whizzed it up in no time , both sections of it in the food processor, just peeling the lemons into the bowl with a floating blade peeler for the second  part. I didn't bother dusting it with icing sugar yet it was utterly delicious with plenty of lemony zing. A naughty but mmmm dessert !
