Litter

These things are being left all around the town, usually just in the middle of the footpath. Redditch is one of the "trial" areas, where apparently the can be hired, ridden anywhere, and then just left. I read in the local newspaper that there is a special low hire rate for students. Judging by the look of many of the riders that I've seen, the description of student is being used rather loosely.
