Chailey

I went on another 'church trip' today, this time to the East Sussex village of Chailey. 
This is the beautiful St Peter's parish church, with it's wonderful chunky tower. I also like the fact that the churchyard is allowed to grow wild as this is so good for the wildlife (see extra 2). 
On the way home I popped in on Chailey common NR to look for the Devil's finger's fungi, sadly I only found 2 rather sad specimens (see extra 2).
