Memories TT282

Hard was the subject for Tiny Tuesday. Well these little stones I bought as a memento whilst in the Orkney Islands in 2005. Having been a rock scavenger for many years when my husband was alive they seemed to be an appropriate purchase.
Many happy hours we spent at beaches when the children were small searching for Agates, Chert, Jasper and the likes.  Still have lots of treasures from those days. My batchelor Brother in law took to polishing and cutting them and he made me a beautiful set of agate ear rings and necklace which I wear a lot.
