Lifetime guarantee
I managed to break the pliers on my Leatherman Wave. Supposedly, they have a lifetime guarantee. Yeah right.
Oh! They do! Despite it being 19 years old and me not having a receipt!
It’s a replacement rather than a repair. Some improvements in the intervening decade!
