Stockbridge or New Town?

Oot 'n' aboot on a wee donder, this sight greeted me.

It's a very very, understated, obviously moneyed Edinburgh St.

Not sure if it is New Town or Stockbridge. It's at the intersection so you can only imagine just how lovely it is.

It definitely is.
