Gong xi fa cai!

Backblip. Last Sunday was the start of the two week-long Chinese Spring Festival, also known as Chinese New Year. We got together with a few other families at the Chinese restaurant Chop Chop in Leith in our fair capital city of Edinburgh.

This is us. Somewhere in this photo are my wife, my daughter, my mum and my mother-in-law. Chopsticks were employed (other utensils are available). Lots of fine food was eaten and much jasmine tea was drunk. Gong xi fa cai!
