Soup and sandwiches

A grand day out in the Buie today - local teen Abi held a soup and sandwiches do in the hall to raise funds for her trip as a volunteer teacher in Uganda. Lots of delicious homemade soup - and sandwiches and a RAFFLE. Big excitement with the draw - mother won t'vetinary's home made marmalade, t'vetinary won the the sanctuary gift set I donated and I won a fruit loaf. Sandwiches pictured on Mrs Vetinary's new range of ceramics: very stylish.

Pub in the evening - full of valentine hearts but no romance in evidence.
