Busy but fulfilling day.
We drank coffee in the park, Richmond Park, after cycling around with other mums. 
I was sunbathing my face in the glorious sunshine while sipping on soya cappuccino :)
Between two online teacher consultaions for my kids, collecting Al earlier, taking him to the park between dentist and English tuition, cycling with ladies I managed to cook delicious mushroom sauce for tea later and baked muffins stuffed with spiced apple puree.
I'm also going to make a sourdough bread with a sourdough stater I've been feeding for few days. But this time I will leave the dough overnight in the fridge and bake tomorrow morning.
Wish me luck, first time doing this technique :)
