Royal Victoria

A quick shot before getting in the car to drive home from work. This is a shot of the statue of Queen Victoria who the hospital (the Royal Victoria Infirmary) is named after. It sits at the entrance of the old wing of the hospital, locally called Peacock Hall which is listed, and is a beautiful red brick building. It is a tranquil spot on a Sunday morning although on other mornings it's a bustle of activity as people come and go about their business. I'm off to bed. Hope you all have a relaxing Sunday!
