- shouldn’t take long...
- we’ve told the client we’d have it ready for today (which means they are telling me it has to be done that day)
- can you make sure you have time for ‘x’ tomorrow... (no further information of the task given)

Yeh. It’s been challenging to manage expectations and now allow myself to get knotted up!
