Overgrown

After a full year of neglect, the old garden is being reclaimed by nature.  It's interesting and slightly alarming to see how quickly the weeds take over.   Not too late to turn it around if the new owner is a gardener although often it will be easier to just rip everything out and start again.   The house is sold stc so maybe the new year will see a new start.

Here to sort stuff.  Mountains of stuff.   Far too much of it will cross the mountains into Wales as I am to have all the children's things since Jamie lives with me and Ruth will be a regular visitor.   We will be swamped but not forever.   Strange to be back but less unsettling than before.

Crocus pulchellus, a survivor.  This form was one of the first unusual bulbs that I obtained back in 1988.
