That's The Way We Do It In The Western Isles

The title of my blip is a song by Scottish Folk, Celtic Punk band Peat and Diesel. Her that should be obeyed returned from our croft house on the Western Isles laden with Stornoway Black Puddings from Charley Barleys, to fulfil the usual orders from friends and family. Not welcomed in some parts of the world SBP was granted protected status (PGI Status) in May 2013.

My album of the day is "Borderline" by Ry Cooder. Superb guitarist with extraordinary level of technical proficiency. Not his finest album but a good introduction to this genre and a musician whose music is sensitive to different cultures and lifestyles.
