Glassed at Last!

Back in January we arranged for new plain obscured double-glazed units to replace some patterned ones (which we disliked) in several of the house windows, including the front door. Then lockdown happened.
The guy came to fit them in June as lockdown was eased for tradespeople, only to realise that these weren’t toughened glass, which they needed to be.
He returned in July with replacements, and then found that the wrong sized had been supplied. When he left he took with him one of our on-street visitors parking permits.
Finally, he came today to fit the correct glass.
And he returned our parking permit!
