Down by the Canal

It rained all morning and was very dark, dismal and rather chilly. The sun appeared mid afternoon so a quick dash to the canal for some fresh air. It was quite busy and I presume because it’s half term holiday. I ended up putting my mask on as I started to get nervous.
The leaves are coming down with the rain and wind. One good thing is that the duckweed has disappeared.
