Autumn Colours

Another beautiful day, if a tad chilly in the wind. Gave the youngsters the chance of a lie-in, while we baby-sat this morning. Such fun! This afternoon we stood at the window outside and watched Little Miss B having a swimming lesson with her mum. There were just 7 parent-and-baby participants, so distancing no problem. It was lovely to see the happy little faces - especially Little Miss B's, of course - and she definitely had the splashiest kicking feet! :-)

I liked the curve and texture of the trunk in my main blip, as well as the autumn colours in the leaves. My Extra is a Lincolnshire landscape, a little further towards the fens, so that much flatter. Its distinct bands of contrasting colours make it look like a flag to me. Made the most of that blue sky, as the forecast for the next few days isn't so promising.
