Mr RIU didnt realise the clock change has happened and got up at 4, disturbing Roo and I who decided we may as well follow him downstairs.

I messaged my friend who was taking part in a running event, running a mile om the hour for 24 hours and she was still going so decided I should go out for a run whilst she was finishing.

There was someone swimming in the river and it was quite mild before the rain set in.

I then went out for a large breakfast and did some grocery shopping before joining my friend for a long walk. We found a lot of different fungi today so that was a bonus.
