I was going to say half moon but I stand corrected by MrsW. The Denver here is Denver Norfolk UK as opposed to Denver Colorado US. Denver was the home to Captain George Manby who, among other accomplishments, invented the 'Extincteur' the first portable pressurised fire extinguisher.
