Grumble alert!

Evidently lack of forward thinking?
I remember way back when … this road first appeared as an unsurfaced track.
It eventually became an extension of our housing estate, thus creating an oft utilised thoroughfare into town from the Motorway.  Sometime later the "Ski-jump" or "Skip-Row" was created.  You REALLY have to see it from the "other" side to fully appreciate the nickname.
It's actually a HUGE block of flats including a degree of assisted living I think.
I've never counted/checked the number of flats, OR the number of empty car parking spaces in the parking area supplied at the end of the row.

In consequence of its position and humanity's innate idleness, whether hale or not they tend to park "A N A P"  thus forcing motorists travelling in this direction over onto the blind side of the corner.  Which must be taken with care and trepidation.  As, of course, would not be the case if they parked across the road.  NOT that I'd expect them to of course, but you get the idea.
