Mono Monday...Unfocused

I had to read up on how to do this and have taken the shot on manual setting, using a slow shutter speed...not sure if I've achieved the correct result, but I wanted to do it without using filters or ICM....thanks to 60plus for hosting:)
Exercise/dance this morning, hard work but hopefully helping to keep me fit! A beautiful  mild sunny day, am going to garden for a bit and then a long, hot bath..
