The unfocused theme was very apposite, as today I had a routine eye check involving a solution to dilate my pupils. This disturbs your vision. It might also have disturbed my judgement to include the extra (it follows you round the blip.) 
Interestingly, the eye technician used a Canon eos. I briefly tried to engage her in camera talk but surprisingly she did not seem interested! 
The drops are a perfect excuse to do a poor shot.
