Pot luck

A picture of my tea, before I had sampled it. Well, the aloo sag is obvious enough, and the puris I made to go with, but it wasn't until I tasted the tomato-y thing that I recognised it as aubergines in the pickling style, except made with a glut of courgettes in place of aubergines. As you can detect, I am rummaging through the freezer for containers of surplus goodies that I froze in an occasional burst of efficiency.

Weather was grim all day, so didn't go out at all. Another tutorial in the evening, me just helping out this time - there was a total and very annoying freeze up of the system halfway through and my colleague had to turn to plan B. Time for another fun-free beer, I think.
