Surprise bloom

Was on excercise bike in Ced's bedroom,, noticed another little miracle, another bud just to the left. You may notice weather through window!!  My new next door neighbour, is putting a loft ladder in for me today.  Sadly the house will be another air b an b.  I am sandwiched either side by self catering. May be better than long term tenants from hell!! Extra another shot from visiting my boys yesterday.
