Tile Effect

I wonder if the architect(s) who designed the pool area ever 'reflected' on the effect the big screen TV/Scoreboard would have on the glazed tiles at the far end of the pool?

Noticed it today for the first time as the rolling adverts were changed at the weekend and we have one which is predominately red (the centre's own operator) and one which is predominately blue (NHS give-up smoking) which show up.
