Finished

I have at last finished Jake’s cushion. The hand sewing was completed a little while ago, but I put off making it up into a cushion. I am not as good at machine sewing as I used to be, but I am pleased to say all went well today. See extra for a reminder of the help I used to have with hand sewing. Now, what am I going to make next?
It seems we are always talking about the weather, but today started out beautifully with bright sunshine and since then it had gone steadily downhill and we have had heavy black clouds, torrential rain and a cold wind. Much better to be indoors, sewing.
