Broadband problems ....

Thankfully now fixed. A year ago a similar problem with my internet would have been an annoyance. Now, with homeworking, it's a really serious issue that had the potential to prevent me from doing my work.

After a bit of investigation, the engineer worked out there was a fault on the phone line. A couple of wires replaced outside and it's all fixed.

Couldn't help thinking that the phone socket part way through the fix looked like a little face in the wall. I think it looks friendly!
