Reflections.

Went for a long walk from our home to Wisley via Chatley Heath. A diverse wander that included views of common land, a lake, disused airfield and farmland. I took a few photos along the way including this one of a fallen tree in a lake.
We were struggling a bit by the time we reached home in the gathering darkness. My knee was sore and swollen and Suzys hips were aching. We really are a couple of old codgers. Perhaos more exercuse needed to build up the stamina and maintain muscles.
Grateful today for mostly dry weather, some lovely pictuesque scenery and having the resillience to complete the walk.
