Telephone calls

Busy day working. There’s been a vacant job in my team since March, and the advert for a replacement went live this morning. The phone hasn’t stopped ringing with people asking for further information (unfortunately the organisation has really generic job descriptions that don’t allow much detail). I’m keen to get good applicants, but worried we’ll be inundated.
