2020 Thursday — Travel Day

We thought we would be in SoCal till mid-December, but we have had a change of plans. We have been to Kaiser for Mr. Fun to have a CT Scan to check the placement of the gold markers in preparation for radiation.

Mr. Fun was told that his next appointment is not till Monday afternoon, Nov. 9. It is the final appointment before radiation begins.

We had no idea that there would be a lag-time of 12 days between appointments. So, he made the decision to spend this lag time in Cayucos. I am delighted!!!

I have all my SoCal chores done! So we’re gone! We will return to SoCal in approximately 10 days, most likely on Saturday, November 7.

Mr. Fun is doing fine — but a bit moody: ornery, happy, grumpy, funny, (and of course obnoxious), etc., I’m sure this is because of the hormone treatments he is receiving. His energy level is low and hunger is constant. Life is never dull

So today we drove to Cayucos and most of the photo collage is capturing the journey.
