GIDDAY MATE....

... called by the Lagoon quickly on the way home, and to my surprise here was this Eastern Water Dragon sitting on the edge of the water.
Of course after checking me out it took off as they do at extreme pace up the tree nearby...... check out some other shots starting here on Flickr.

Then had this little Yellow Thornbill looking at all the fun!

Enjoy and have a look in LARGE it looks heaps better on black....so pleased to see this Dragon, it is the first one spotted here. 
As I was leaving noticed the Rural Fire Service have another new plane ready for summer... here.
