It feels like no superlative can contain the magic this man is weaving at Leeds United. The club are performing the beautiful game at its beautiful best at the moment, with passion and skill and hard-pressing energy. It's no accident that they're currently playing the most consistently excellent and entertaining football of any team in the Premiership. It's born of sheer hard work in training. Win or lose, it's just so damn exciting to watch. I can honestly say that I've never enjoyed watching football more than I am right now.

As far as the city of Leeds is concerned, the man is a god, of the most unassuming and retiring kind, the anti-Mourinho! Let's hope I haven't now jinxed things.
