Flying to earthquake zone

I was at the airport in Istanbul when I learned about the earthquake in Izmir.
The ground was so calm on the plane but chaotic in real.
We drove to our summer house which is closer to epicenter of the earthquake. I will walk to seaside in the morning where a mini tsunami happened.
I came to Izmir to talk about my UK plans with my family but still I had no chance to open the topic.
I was officially accepted to Cambridge University Hospital.
