Newhailes

Bright start to the day. We had a walk around the Newhailes estate in Musselburgh in the morning. It's national trust for Scotland, but sadly the house isn't open at the moment. The grounds were a nice mixture of woodland with a stream and a grotto, and open fields with great views across the Forth.

I spent the afternoon planting bulbs in pots. Covered them with netting to keep the squirrels out.
