Tough one

After yesterday's 15k along the coast (so fairly flat), today it was another 15k in the hills.

Wonderful weather and great hike.

I may regret it tomorrow, but a magnesium tablet before bed might save me.

The day finished well too. A delicious Nepalese dinner in Edinburgh, before going to watch my son's team (Edinburgh Universities) play Sheffield Universities at ice hockey. They won comfortably (9-1).

First time I'de been able to watch him play for that team - previous games have been at Whitley Bay, Nottingham & Queensferry (the North Wales version), so not too convenient.
