A dull, wet morning. At Bowness the lake has extended onto the lower part of the prom.

In extras there’s a wider view with the swan and a photo of MV Swift, the new cruise boat.

This afternoon I was at the hairdressers …… an appointment booked 6 weeks ago. That was good timing. 

By evening the rain had stopped and through the trees at the back of the house there was a lovely sunset glow.
