Rigoletto Riot

The projection broke down during Act 2 of the not-so-simulcast of Rigoletto from the Met. It was a sight to behold 300 geriatrics doing a slow hand clap. The hard drive (or whatever it is) was eventually rebooted and the opera played as normal until the final seconds of the death scene when the picture broke up again.
