Viola morning

A sharp frost last night has been followed by a sunny spring day. The sort of day where the line of the shadow on the grass separates green on one side and white on the other. Leaves no doubt where the sun has been.

Some bedding violas had bowed to the force of the night frost. It will re-emerge when the sun reaches it.
